Decatur Dial began as an argument: if a wallet is already an identity, why does voice still require a SIM, a username, a company in the middle?
The prototype was ruthless about scope. Audio only. Camera off. Peer to peer. Spend for minutes, paste a 0x, ring. If they never pick up, the reservation comes back. You are not billed for silence.
That discipline survived into Arcanus Voice. The studio’s job was not to invent a social network. It was to make a private call feel as ordinary as a private key.
